Mind Myself

Mind Myself is a multi-platform program that assists users with setting attainable goals, memory loss, and prioritizing themselves. The world has reached a point where many have been affected by long-covid memory loss, early-on-set Alzheimer’s, dementia, and brain fog in multiple age groups. Mind Myself was designed to assist these users track their progress at a calming pace.

Many people often wonder what they can do to structure their life or find ways to streamline their day-to-day tasks without becoming overwhelmed. Many individuals utilize planners, calendars, phone notes, and or calendar applications. Often it's recommended that individuals with memory impairments keep all their information and tasks in one location. Keeping everything centralized; aids the individual with overstimulation and energy use.

The Mind Myself program is available for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms. The program is accessible on all platforms once the user logs into their account, and their information syncs accordingly. Keeping the program accessible on all platforms; allows all users (those with memory impairments) and those who are streamlining their day-to-day tasks to optimize their days.

Mind Myself provides a centralized location for users to enter their personal information, medical conditions, and personal preferences while tracking their feelings; and day-to-day tasks and entries. The program emphasizes positive reassurance without negative enforcement to the user. Users with memory impairments often find themselves alone and confused while attempting to structure their day, which is why the program provides additional resources that can aid their progress.

The end goal for Mind Myself is to provide users with a relaxing; and calming experience without overstimulation or exertion on streamlining their life or helping them with their memory impairments.
